This exceptional modern villa, ideally located on Sète's seafront, will delight you for the duration of your stay. The Villa is a multi-level home that is sure to offer the most adventurous and active guests a proper and enjoyable holiday.

The grounds are fully enclosed to guarantee your privacy and security. At the entrance is a fairly large space where you can park up to 5 cars. Bikes are available in the garage for a bit of exercise while exploring the area. With the 2 kayaks and their paddles in the garage, you can extend your visits to the ocean and let yourself be guided by the waves of the Mediterranean. On the south side of the garden there is a lovely heated swimming pool and an outdoor dining area for 10 people, ideally situated in the shade of some trees to give you a break from the scorching sun. A barbecue is available for you to enjoy freshly grilled seafood. A stone path links the dining room to the wooden terrace, where there is a modern seating area with comfortable armchairs.

The villa's entrance hall overlooks the front garden through its fully glazed windows, which allow plenty of natural light. This hall gives direct access to the reception rooms and stairwell leading to the first floor. A large glazed lounge awaits you with its modern leather sofas and flat-screen TV. The bay windows provide direct access to the south-facing terrace. The open-plan concept allows you to move from the living room to the dining room for 10 people and finally to the fully-equipped contemporary kitchen. This area features large picture windows offering uninterrupted views of the garden and swimming area. The entrance hall also gives access to the master bedroom with its own shower room and dressing room.

The staircase leading to the first floor houses three further suites, each with a double bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Two of these rooms have private balconies overlooking the south-facing garden. They also offer breathtaking sea views from dawn to dusk. All rooms are equipped with quality bedding, a hairdryer and will be prepared on arrival with fresh linen, bathrobes and slippers, as well as products from L'Occitane en Provence. The lower level of the Villa is truly exceptional. Here you will find your own home cinema with a high quality sound system and plenty of comfortable seating for an enjoyable evening. A fitness room with a variety of exercise equipment is available to keep you in shape while enjoying fresh Setois seafood. A sauna is also available to help you unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. There is also an additional spacious, windowless double room with its own shower room and toilet.

The beach, where the water is extremely clean, is only a short walking distance away. A private beach with a seafood restaurant can also be spotted near the house. Not far away are the cities of Sète and Bouzigues that are ready to be explored by you and your family and friends. A little further away is Montpellier and its beautiful medieval town, L’Écusson, where you can discover its history and Mediterranean lifestyle.
