La Villa is an elegant, spacious villa set on a hill overlooking the village of St-Gély du Fesc in the Occitanie region of France. This two-storey house has a unique design that perfectly combines architecture and nature. Designed by the famous architect Maurice Sauzet, the Villa is sure to offer guests an exceptional experience thanks to its range of modern facilities and open spaces.

This elegant villa overlooks a magnificent terraced garden offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.
On the lower level, the 14-metre infinity pool is surrounded by a terrace and flowerbeds. Guests have access to 6 sun loungers. This area is complemented by a refined cascading fountain on the ground floor which falls into the lower garden to provide a calm and soothing environment for guests. Two barriers protect the bathing area for the safety of children. Up a few steps, the garden of the main house offers magnificent views of the hills and the Golf de Coulondres, with a large lawn, petanque area and table tennis table. The terrace is equipped with a gas barbecue and plancha to enjoy summer meals al fresco, a dining table for 10 can be complemented by 2 further tables on the other side of the huge picture windows, an outdoor seating area with views of the pool and hills.


The Villa's interior perfectly combines serenity and top-of-the-range design. From the outdoor living area, there is direct access to the indoor dining room for 12, with elegant seating. The open plan concept allows fluid access to the spacious fully equipped kitchen with contemporary lines and central island, a lounge with leather sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV and high quality audio equipment. At the centre of this open space is a spectacular greenhouse with an indoor garden that rises to two levels. From the living room, travellers will be mesmerised by the sound of water trickling from the fountain to the lower garden and by the breathtaking views of the hilltop village. On the east side of the house, a separate corridor leads to the first bedroom section, which comprises 3 double bedrooms (160x200cm). Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a private terrace with seating and views of the pool and surrounding area. These bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and separate toilet. The master bedroom is on the west side of the ground floor and consists of two rooms, a lounge with chic leather sofa and desk area, and a double bedroom (160x200cm) with direct access to a private terrace and garden views. The private bathroom has an open-plan walk-in shower and a large bathtub. The toilet is separate.

The upper level of the villa is accessed by two different staircases leading to a very large landing used as a games room or living room facing large picture windows and a roof terrace. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, a double bedroom (160x200cm) with en-suite shower room and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.

The village of Saint-Gély du Fesc is a stone's throw from the house and about 20 minutes' drive from Montpellier city centre. The beaches of the Mediterranean coast are 30-40 minutes away. The Villa is ideally situated within walking distance of several supermarkets.
