This is a peaceful two-storey villa surrounded by nature and within walking distance of the village of Montferrier-sur-lez.
This charming villa offers a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a covered dining room with barbecue, a tennis court, plenty of sun loungers and parasols, a huge garden and a boules area. Spread over 5000 m2, it has 2 kitchens, 3 lounges, a spacious billiards room and 5 large bedrooms, 4 of which have en suite bathrooms.
Set in peaceful surroundings, this is the ideal villa for a relaxing and entertaining holiday.

The front of the house has traditional, elegant architectural features, with a large front door and numerous tall windows allowing light to flood in. It overlooks a large parking area, including a covered car park.
On the other side, the south-facing facade features tall, arched windows opening onto the garden, typical of the peasant architecture of southern France. The large number of windows on both sides of the house allows plenty of light in at any time of day, making it a perfect location for film shoots and photo shoots; however, the house remains cool on summer days thanks to its dressed stone walls.The 5,000 m2 garden has a central lawn and is surrounded by centuries-old olive and pine trees that provide partial shade and a tranquil atmosphere for travellers. There are two terraces, one in front of the house, equipped with comfortable garden sofas and parasols, and the other covered to the side, with long wooden tables and seating ready to welcome travellers for al fresco meals. Further into the garden is the private swimming pool (14×6 metres) surrounded by a stone terrace and plenty of sun loungers and parasols for relaxing in the summer sun. The villa also has a private tennis court for the entertainment of travellers (this court is not fenced and therefore cannot be considered a professional tennis court).
From the main entrance door, there is direct access to the main living room. The classic and refined interior decoration complements the graceful architecture of this house. Lots of confortable sofas are awaiting travellers in the three distinct living rooms in ‘enfilade’; one of them is a TV room and another benefits from a beautiful stone fireplace.
There are two kitchen in this house, one contemporary white very well-equipped kitchen with fridge, induction stove, modern over and dish-washer, and another one behind it which complement the first one with its traditional iron stove, American fridge freezer and lots of storage and cooking space. The open dining area is composed of a simple and stylish wood table with benches.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people maximum in a total of 5 bedrooms. Three can be found on the ground floor and have en-suite bath or shower rooms, and the other two further bedrooms are located on the first floor where one of then has an en-suite shower room and the other is a large bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and extra mattresses for children use. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan for the guests to use at will. A billiard room is located on the upper level and lots of books and board games await travellers as well during their stay.
Montferrier-sur-Lez is a peaceful village just 20 minutes from Montpellier (by car). From the villa, travellers can walk to the centre of the village for the charming weekly market, choose from the two excellent bakeries and other local shops such as the butcher's, grocer's and café-bar.
The Musée Fabre in the centre of Montpellier and many other museums can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Montpellier Zoo and Golf Pic St Loup are less than 10 minutes away by car. For coastal living, the beaches of Palavas-Les-Flots or La Grande Motte are just a 30-minute drive away.
