The villa features a spacious cathedral-ceiling living room, modern and bright, opening onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Two comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the ground floor, while a spacious master suite occupies the upper floor.

Upon entering, a beautifully landscaped garden leads you to the villa. Inside, you will discover an elegant and refined contemporary Mauritian décor, filled with natural light. Large glass doors open onto the lush private garden.

A spacious covered loggia, furnished with a dining table for 6, sofas, armchairs and a coffee table, provides the perfect setting for relaxing. Outside, enjoy your private swimming pool and sun loungers, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation in a peaceful and intimate setting.

On the ground floor, the two bedrooms each accommodate 2 guests, with either a Queen-size bed or twin beds. Each bedroom features spacious wardrobes and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, storage and WC.

Upstairs, the third bedroom is a particularly spacious master suite, featuring a Queen-size bed, large wardrobes and a safe. The adjoining bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a large bathtub, double washbasin and ample storage space.
