The villa is flexible when it comes to booking one or three bedrooms depending on the number of guests. You can enjoy the comfortable bedrooms at your own leisure. Each bedroom features tasteful interiors with high ceilings to allow ventilation. Two sea view bedrooms have access to the pool and garden area. The three bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. There are ensuite bathrooms with fittings and fixtures for your ease.
Enjoy an intimate and refreshing dining experience that allows garden views so you have scenic vista to relish along with delicious meals. The villa has a private cook who will happily prepare local delicacies to wow your palette. A modern kitchen can be used to prepare your meals, drinks and snacks. A wood fired BBQ is perfect for a sunny afternoon.
With a private chef, cleaning and maintenance, The Villa is truly a holiday haven where you need only relax and be taken care of. The staff will be more than happy to arrange transportation so you can tour the town or go sightseeing.
There is a lot to see nearby from the Kalametiya Bird Sanctuary, 20-minutes by car, to the Yala National Park. You can even go on a boat ride on the lagoon to spot endemic bird species.

The three bedrooms in the house can accommodate six guests including children and you have the option of a baby cot, if needed. All the rooms are air-conditioned and the master bedroom is the king suite.

The master bedroom has been furnished with a beautiful, rustic four-poster bed with bamboo posters. It has a comfy slingback chair and a lattice-work storage unit. You have access to an ensuite bathroom and garden views. The remaining two bedrooms are found across the garden and they are furnished with a queen bed and two singles. The bedrooms share a bathroom making this ideal for a family of four.
