The Villa is a beautiful property located a short walk from the 12th century village of Palaia with lovely views over the surrounding countryside, with its olive groves, vineyards and medieval villages.

The area where the property is located is known as Chianti of the Pisan Hills and is ideal for visiting Tuscany as it is only a 20-minute drive from the nearest motorway exit. Nearby are the famous towns of Montaione, Certaldo, Volterra and San Gimignano. Plus, Florence is only a 40-minute drive away.
The region is ideal for gourmets, during autumn white truffles are gathered in the region around Palaia.

The country house can sleep up to 8 people - all bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) are located on the first floor of this property. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a billiard table.

The outdoor spaces and the garden are particularly well maintained and make the property ideal for families with children. On one side of the house there is a covered loggia, set up for outdoor dining. There is another outdoor dining area with a stone grill/oven, which allows guests to dine under the Tuscan sun.

The owners have installed a beautiful swimming pool, exceptionally large for this type of house, in the most panoramic part of the garden.
