The apartment is part of a traditional 16th century villa, located in the village of Montelopio. The right wing and the tower of the villa - which can accommodate up to 8 people - can be rented with the private swimming pool, while the remaining part is private and not used during the guests' stay.
Guests staying at the Villa can reach a bar and restaurant on foot, while the well-known tourist resort of Castelfalfi with its restaurants and famous golf course is just 12 kilometers from the property.
The exterior of the house and the swimming pool, which is located among olive trees, are very well maintained. A special feature is the large fenced interior courtyard, where there is a table where you can eat outdoors. This property is ideal for families traveling with children, as they can play freely in the fenced area.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms which share 2 bathrooms. The master suite is located in the tower and has been recently renovated. It consists of a living room and a double bedroom with private bathroom. This part is equipped with air conditioning, included in the price.
