Description
La Villa is a lovely farmhouse located in the municipality of Impruneta, just a few kilometers from Florence. Access via a short unpaved-track road not suitable for low or sports cars. The outdoor spaces consist of a large farmyard, a dining area, a garden and a rounded pool (4,60 meters of diameter and depth of 1,30 meters,).

Attractions
Perfect starting point for day trips to major cities of Tuscany (primarily Florence, but also Siena, Pisa, Arezzo and Lucca), and to the charming area of Florentine Chianti (visiting cities such as Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Greve in Chianti, Barberino Val d'Elsa), world-known for the production of its delicious wine.
Nearby the villa, just a few minutes by car, you can reach the hamlets of Tavarnuzze and Galluzzo, where you will find a new well-stocked supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities.
Lastly, at close range, there are some tennis courts and golf courses, horse stables and trails for trekking and biking.
Parking: outdoor parking (for 2-3 cars).

Interior Description
The villa (230 sqm), elegantly furnished with some antiques, is set on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8+2 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Ground floor: airy entrance hall with fireplace, sofa and desk; kitchen (with oven, microwave and small refrigerator), a toilet and a dining room with large wooden table for 10 people. A bright living room (furnished with sofa, armchairs and flat TV) and a laundry (with washing machine and second refrigerator) make the rest of the floor.
First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area: master bedroom with double bed and chaise longe; a spacious antechamber with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower and two further double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (with separate beds). 3 more bathrooms on this floor: a toilet, a bathroom with shower and another with bathtub and shower.
Included free Wi-Fi Internet connection. Pets are allowed at extra cost.

Our Opinion
This farmhouse offers an excellent quality/price ratio. In addition to Florence, the location is very close to the "Florence Impruneta" exit of the A1 motorway and to the entry of the Florence-Siena highway, so ideal for exploring the Chianti area and the Siena countryside.

First floor: sleeping area consisting of a master bedroom with double bed and chaise longue, preceded by a large antechamber with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. Followed by two other double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (with split beds). Wi-Fi Internet connection is available. Pets are allowed at an extra cost.

Bathrooms: The villa has 5 bathrooms.
Ground floor: a small service bathroom.
First floor: an ensuite bathroom with shower. Followed by three more bathrooms: a bathroom with shower, a service bathroom and a large bathroom with bath and shower.

On the ground floo: kitchen with oven, microwave and small fridge ; dining room with a large antique wooden table for 10.
