This villa, with its extraordinary architecture, offers panoramic views of the lake, the city of Annecy, and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy a memorable stay in an idyllic and rejuvenating setting.

Built in 2023, this high-end villa spans 620 m² spread over 3 levels:

On the ground floor, there is a vast living area that opens up to the outdoors, consisting of two lounges, one of which is equipped with a grand piano. This space is fully modular and is suitable for hosting professional seminars, as it is equipped with appropriate facilities: a projector and speakers.

Share moments of conviviality with family or friends in the dining room or directly in the fully equipped kitchen with its stunning central island made of noble materials. For more privacy, a professional kitchen is also available, making it the perfect place to host a private chef for a tailored lunch or dinner. Additionally, we include a housekeeping service during the summer season (summer season dates to be confirmed by the agency). This service includes: daily cleaning, stocking supplies, breakfasts, etc.

On the covered terrace, perfect for relaxation, you will enjoy a 180° view of Lake Annecy from the jacuzzi or the heated infinity pool. Experience pure relaxation from the sun loungers around the pool, on the lawn, or on the small natural sandy beach. In the evening, enjoy the fire pit to warm up while taking in the view overlooking Annecy and its lights.

On this same level, set back, you will find the master bedroom: a splendid suite with a marble bathtub for 2, a walk-in shower, and a covered terrace with a private jacuzzi and sun loungers facing the lake.

The villa also features a superb cinema room for successful movie nights.

At the back of the house, the Japanese garden, quiet and serene, will introduce you to relaxation.

On the garden level, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a covered terrace with access to the house's park, and a lounge/game room decorated in a racing car theme. On this level, a large dressing room is available, as well as a wine cellar for enjoying private tastings or small group wine courses.

On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with a covered terrace and relaxation furniture offering views of Lake Annecy. This level also includes a reading area with a desk, the perfect spot for those wishing to work remotely.

This level also features a private gym that is very well equipped with a treadmill, elliptical bike, rowing machine, punching bag, ladder, and resistance bands.

In the garden, conducive to meditation, you can practice yoga in an exceptional natural stone setting. A pétanque court is also available in the park, along with closed garages.
