The Accommodation
The villa is ideally located: 0.5 km from BRG Golf and Montgomerie Golf, 3.4 km from Ngu Hanh Son Mountain, 11 km from Asia Park and Love Bridge, 12 km from the Old Town of Hoi An, and 15 km from the nearest airport — Da Nang International Airport.

The villa features a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with utensils, tables, and chairs. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. Modern amenities include a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

A deposit of USD 500 per villa, or VND 10,000,000 per villa, or 2 passports per villa is required during the stay (refundable if there is no damage to the villa and it is returned clean).

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings; guests are advised to keep their valuables secure. When leaving the villa, please lock the doors carefully for safety. In case of a lost key, a replacement fee of VND 200,000 will be charged
