The Space
The villa features a perfectly landscaped garden with a palm-fringed pool overlooking the turquoise waters of the Gulf and Atlantis The Palm. The interior is distinguished by its minimalist style: clean lines, neutral hues, and elegant furnishings. The bright and spacious living room features a large U-shaped velvet sofa with blue and white cushions. The adjoining dining room seats eight guests around a glass-topped table decorated with abstract artwork.
The open-plan kitchen is modern and functional, featuring a large central island—ideal for cooking or sharing a meal in a relaxed and social setting. The outdoor area is beautifully arranged with several seating and dining spaces, a private pool, and direct access to the beach.

The Bedrooms

Master Suite: Super king-size bed, refined furnishings, sea views, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, double vanity, and marble finishes.
Bedroom 2 (Twin Beds): A soft and soothing ambiance with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and rain shower.
Bedroom 3: King-size bed with a velvet frame, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The finishes are exquisite, and the ambiance is relaxing.
Bedroom 4: Warm, golden décor, a king-size bed, sitting area, private balcony with sea views, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Cozy ambiance with plush carpets and large bay windows opening onto the garden—perfectly blending indoor and outdoor living.
