Beautiful seafront house in the Plemmirio Marine Reserve area, south of Syracuse.
This completely independent semi-detached villa enjoys an enviable location just a few meters from the sea. Access to the rocks and the Fanusa Sea is directly from the house's garden, famous for its crystal-clear waters and extraordinary seabeds rich in all marine species.
The house has been recently renovated and overlooks a large park shaded by pine trees, palm trees, and other Mediterranean scrub plants that border the rocks. The interiors are spread over two levels connected by a spiral staircase and the exterior.
An ideal location for lovers of the sea and snorkeling, the property offers easy access to the historic center of Syracuse, a few kilometers away, as well as Noto and the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari. The beautiful sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche are just a few minutes' drive away.

Fabulous location - a writer’s dream! Ideal as it is right at the shore side and the amazing sea view and tranquility at the Villa is wonderfully relaxing. 5 televisions at the property which were never switched on! Alfresco dining on the covered terrace was a delight. The Villa is enclosed in a large garden with plenty of shaded areas so it enjoys cool breezes in the morning and evenings. Automatic garden lights add to the evening atmosphere. Direct access to the sea but the coast is very rocky so sea-shoes are essential. Also the rocks are just below the surface so one needs to be sure footed. 3 of our party would not swim here. However there are other safe swimming areas nearby. Overall it was delightful
