Ideally located on the sand on the famous Flamands Beach, the Caribbean villa is a peaceful haven perfect for two couples. Built on one level, it combines tropical charm and modern comfort, with direct access to the fine sand and splendid ocean views.

The spacious, bright living room includes a sitting area bathed in natural light thanks to a large bay window, a dining area for four, and a fully equipped all-wood kitchen (breakfast bar, gas oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, blender, and range hood). A charcoal barbecue is also available outdoors. The vaulted ceiling and pendant lights create a pleasant feeling of space, while the sea provides a stunning backdrop.

At the front, the light-colored wooden deck is furnished with several relaxation areas: a sparkling pool in the center, ocean-facing lounge chairs, an outdoor lounge made of woven fibers with cushions, and an al fresco dining area under a gazebo. Tropical shrubs add a touch of greenery, and a staircase leads directly to the beach.
