Behind a discreet little gate, this fully renovated townhouse surprises with its warm atmosphere and carefully landscaped outdoor space — a peaceful haven at the very heart of lively Saint-Pierre.

Everything is within walking distance: the beach, the famous Saturday morning market, the seafront restaurants, shops, and cafés… You are just minutes away from everything that makes the town so charming.

As you step in, a lush garden opens up with several living areas designed to make the most of the tropical climate. A first veranda with an outdoor sofa marks the main entrance of the house. A little further, a large dining table for eight and a lounge set sit beneath a pergola, facing a saltwater heated pool (29°C in winter), perfect for relaxing at any time of the day.

In an adjoining room accessible from the courtyard, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen allows you to cook and share meals in a convivial atmosphere during your holidays. Nearby, a fire pit installed on the deck creates a warm setting for evenings under the stars.

Inside, a cozy living room with sofa, TV, and a small kitchenette offers a comfortable space to gather over coffee or tea. From this living area, you can access two first air-conditioned master suites with Italian-style showers, one of which is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, a small office area leads to two other suites, one of which includes both a shower and a bathtub for the ultimate relaxation. Each bedroom features a chest of drawers in a sleek, functional style.

And even in the city center, parking is easy: free spaces are available in the adjacent street.

Please note: the pool is heated up to 28°C whenever outdoor conditions allow. Like any outdoor pool, its temperature may fluctuate throughout the day depending on the weather (wind, rain, etc.), and may temporarily drop, especially early in the morning, late in the evening, or overnight. This is normal and does not affect the proper functioning of the heating system. Thank you for your understanding.
