As soon as you arrive and open the gate, you will discover a beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor-oriented garden with an open view over the Boucan Canot esplanade.

Upon entering the villa, you step directly into a bright and welcoming living room with an open-plan kitchen.
The living room features a comfortable sofa and a smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday rentals, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils needed to prepare meals with family or friends.
A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor.
