Welcome to this beautiful villa overlooking the Boucan Canot esplanade, right across from the beach and just steps away from restaurants and the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood.
This former house has been fully renovated inside and now offers a comfortable, modern, and perfectly equipped setting for a holiday-style stay.
As soon as you arrive and open the gate, you’ll discover a lovely pool and a garden facing outward, with an open view of the Boucan Canot esplanade.

The Space

Upon entering the villa, you step directly into a bright and welcoming living room with an open-plan kitchen.
The living area features a comfortable sofa and a smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday rentals, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary utensils to prepare meals with family or friends.
A separate toilet is available on the ground floor.

From the living room, you access a beautiful master suite opening directly onto the terrace with a pool view:

Guest Access – Parking
Access to the villa is easy by car, and at least three vehicles can be parked comfortably in the courtyard.
All necessary information (access map, instructions, codes if needed) will be sent to you before arrival.

Boucan Canot is one of the liveliest and most popular areas on the west coast.
You are within immediate walking distance of:
The beach
Restaurants, bars, and ice-cream shops
Swimming at Boucan Canot is supervised with protective nets (open depending on weather and ocean conditions).
In case swimming is prohibited, this is beyond our responsibility.
The area is lively, with a holiday atmosphere — ideal for those who enjoy the vibrant west coast ambiance.

Interaction

A few days before your arrival or departure, we can arrange a visit with our housekeepers if needed.
Otherwise, access can be done independently using the codes provided.
Please note: the accommodation is located in an active, holiday-oriented area. The surroundings may therefore be lively, especially in the evening and on weekends.
