The La Terrazza apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to four people in two bedrooms. Its covered panoramic terrace is a particularly striking feature.
The La Pergola apartment is on one floor and can accommodate up to two to four people in one double bedroom and one double sofa bed. This property offers a panoramic outdoor area with a private garden and a lovely terrace under a pergola.
The La Loggia apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to four people in two bedrooms. Its covered panoramic loggia is a particularly striking feature.

The three apartments (although not internally connected) can also be rented together for a family gathering or a group of friends.

All three units share a beautiful panoramic swimming pool, which is also available for use by guests of 12 other apartments, as well as sun loungers and parasols. Just 4 km from the property is the renowned Castelfalfi Golf Club (27 holes), the largest golf course in Tuscany with over 9,400 meters of fairways. You can play in a unique setting, completely immersed in the rolling Tuscan landscape. The Castelfalfi Golf Club will be closed during 2025 and 2026 for course renovations.
The location of La Terrazza, La Pergola, and La Loggia is perfect for exploring the beauty of Tuscany: from here you can easily reach San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and the Tuscan coast.
