This stunning villa stands out for its enchanting setting, featuring a 2,500 m² tropical garden planted with coconut trees and a spacious 120 m² terrace overlooking a swimming pool (4x3 m, 1.40 m deep). The villa offers direct access to the lagoon of La Saline-les-Bains, where you can enjoy fine sand, colorful corals, and tropical fish. A paddleboard is provided for exploring the reef alone or with a companion.

An outdoor shower in the garden makes rinsing off after swimming convenient. Various relaxation areas are available, including a dining table, sun loungers, outdoor lounge, and gazebo. A fire pit near the pool will warm your cool evenings, while a charcoal barbecue and a plancha are also provided.

The villa is fully secured with a fence, automatic gate, and intrusion alarm. A large covered parking area includes an electric charging station for free use.

The villa offers three air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature double beds, and the third has two single beds. An independent, air-conditioned bungalow provides an additional bedroom with a private bathroom.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and more. The spacious living room, flooded with natural light from large bay windows, offers direct views of the garden and pool.

A small lounge with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access completes the living spaces. A laundry room is also available with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
