Luxury apartment in an elegant period building with traditional balconies ("a ringhiera") in the quiet Salario district.
The neighborhood is located in north-central Rome, in a residential area offering all essential amenities (within walking distance), such as a supermarket (5 minutes away on Via Arno) and a pharmacy. The zoo, a prestigious park, and the Villa Borghese Museum are 500 meters away. La Sapienza University, Luiss University, and Umberto I Hospital are also nearby.
Main points of interest in the neighborhood:
- The Coppedè district, a small Art Nouveau-eclectic neighborhood centered on Piazza Buenos Aires, designed by the architect Gino Coppedè. The main gate at Piazza Mincio 2, dating from 1926 and the architect's last work, is a replica of the set from the film "Cabiria" (1914). - MACRO, Museum of Contemporary Art of Rome (located Via Nizza), which hosts important cultural events.
- Church of Santa Maria Addolorata, Piazza Buenos Aires.
- Basilica of Sant'Agnese fuori le mura, Via Nomentana.
- Church of Santa Maria Goretti, Via di Santa Maria Goretti.
- “Sedia del Diavolo” (Devil’s Armchair), funerary monument from the 2nd century, Piazza Elio Callistio.
- Villa Albani, elegant palace built in the 18th century under Cardinal Albani, including an Italian garden, fountains and a small temple.
- Priscilla Catacombs, Via Salaria, and Sant'Agnese Catacombs, Via Nomentana.

Parking
The building is located outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) in central Rome.
Atac park-and-ride facilities offer long-term parking at reduced rates, with access to the city center via public transport. Each park-and-ride (automated or not) is located near a metro station or an urban and suburban bus terminus.
Blue lines: The standard rate is €1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and €1.20 per hour within the ZTL. The reduced rate is valid everywhere: €0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, payment only at the parking meter); €4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; €70.00 for one month. White lines: outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), traffic is free.
Public transport
The nearest metro station is Policlinico (Line B). The area is also well served by trams 2, 3, and 19, as well as buses 63, 83, and 92.

- The tenant must be at least 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
- Taking photos or videos for commercial purposes is prohibited in the property.
- The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property and agrees to have the costs charged to the registered credit card in the event of damage occurring during their stay. In case of damage or any other problem, please contact us immediately so that we can take action as quickly as possible. Any breach of these rules may result in a fine of €200.

After 8:00 PM, a €40 surcharge is payable in cash upon arrival.

DOCUMENTS:
The agent is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including their identity card or passport number, and to forward this information to the local authorities.
TOURIST TAX:
The agent is required to request payment of the tourist tax from guests, in accordance with municipal regulations: €3.50 per person (aged 12 and over) per night, for the first 10 nights.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OF MORE THAN 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, an additional fee of €72 will be charged for contract registration. We will obtain your tax identification number. If you are not a citizen of an EU country, an additional fee of €72 will be charged for contract registration. Obtaining a tax identification number is not always guaranteed. Arrival will only be permitted upon presentation of an official document from your employer, proof of enrollment in a Master's program or training course, or a self-declaration for tourist purposes.
