Parking
The building is located in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) in the center of Rome.
Atac park-and-ride facilities offer long-term parking at reduced rates, facilitating access to the city center by public transport. Each park-and-ride (automated or not) is located near a metro station or an urban or suburban bus terminus.
Blue lines: The standard rate is €1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and €1.20 per hour within the ZTL. The reduced rate applies everywhere: €0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, payment only at the parking meter); €4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; €70.00 per month.
White lines: outside the ZTL zone, free.

Interior description:
The apartment is arranged on two levels with an internal staircase (10 steps). The living room, kitchen, and terrace are on the first floor, while the two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor.
The apartment is air-conditioned.
Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, is furnished with two single beds (190 cm x 90 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed. The first bedroom has a bedside table, a bookcase, a wardrobe, an armchair, and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom, also on the first floor, has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), wardrobes, an armchair, and a safe. Lamps, mirrors, and paintings complete the furnishings of both bedrooms. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms.
Bathroom
Both bathrooms are located on the first floor. The first has a toilet and a bathtub, while the second, adjoining the bedroom, has a toilet and a shower.
Kitchen
The kitchen, although small, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, and cutlery and crockery for six people. Part of the kitchen is located on the second floor, in the attic.

House Rules
- Please maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Parties are prohibited.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
- The property cannot accommodate more people than the number of adults and children indicated on your reservation. Please do not invite unregistered guests to the apartment.
- All occupants are required to respect the neighbors and refrain from any illegal activity.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
- Taking photos or videos for commercial purposes in the property is prohibited.
- The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property and agrees to have the costs charged to the registered credit card in the event of damage occurring during their stay. In case of damage or any other problem, please contact us immediately so that we can address it as quickly as possible. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in a fine of €200.
ARRIVAL:
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Late arrival is possible: after 8:00 PM, a supplement of €40 is payable in cash upon arrival; after midnight, a supplement of €50 is payable in cash upon arrival.
Please arrange your arrival details with the contact person 2 days prior to your arrival.
DOCUMENTS:
The agency is required to request all clients to provide their personal information, including their identity card or passport number, and to transmit this information to the local authorities.
TOURIST TAX:
The agency is required to collect the tourist tax from clients, in accordance with municipal regulations: €6.00 per person (aged 10 and over) per night, for the first 10 nights.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OF MORE THAN 29 NIGHTS:
If you are an EU citizen, an additional fee of €72 will be charged for contract registration. We will take care of obtaining your EU VAT number.
If you are not a citizen of a non-EU country, an additional fee of €72 will be applied for contract registration. Obtaining a tax identification number is not always possible. Registration will only be authorized upon presentation of an official document from your employer, proof of participation in a Master's program or training course, or a sworn statement for tourist purposes.
Security Deposit
- The agency requires a security deposit of €200 for stays of less than 30 days (29 nights) and €1,000 for stays of more than 30 days (29 nights).

The property was top notch. The location was perfect. If you know Rome, this is one of the ideal places to be. The apartment is spacious, wonderfully located and beautifully appointed. I dont know if you could do much better in Rome. We had a terrace with a view of Castel Sant'Angelo and a duplex with a lot of room.
