Guests have access to the pool and a parking space. The building has 24-hour security. You are not far from the Blue Bay Marine Park. The international airport is less than 15 minutes away. The Ferney Valley, a forest and wildlife reserve, is not very far. The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and nature.

The Accommodation
This first-floor apartment is located on the first floor. It offers stunning views of the beach and the sea from the balcony. The 170 m² apartment has three double bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. A spacious living room featuring an open kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area opens directly onto the terrace. It is equipped with FREE Wi-Fi CONNECTION.
Be prepared to climb a few stairs, as we are on the first floor and there is no elevator. But don’t forget the view; it’s amazing!

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire 158 square meter apartment, and a balcony overlooking the landscaped garden and sea view. They also have access to a slate pool measuring 7 m x 4 m surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. On the beach, kiosks and beach loungers are assigned to each apartment.
Parking bays are available at the entrance of the complex, and one parking space is exclusively allocated for our guests’ use.
