This magnificent property is a large, beautifully designed family villa offering an abundance of space both indoors and outdoors. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard, we believe you will find that this holiday home has everything you would expect from a quality rental property. Perched on top of a cliff, it boasts panoramic sea views unlike any other villa in Madeira.

The four bedrooms are spacious, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. The villa features two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, and an exceptionally large master suite that can comfortably accommodate two additional standard single beds, making it ideal for a family of four.
All bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioning units, which also provide heating during the cooler months.
The open-plan living and dining areas are arranged over two levels and face south, with large patio doors opening onto the garden, pool, and ocean.

Outside on the terrace, you will find an additional dining table and a built-in barbecue, perfect for al fresco meals. Surrounding the villa are extensive outdoor spaces where children can run and play freely.
Eight sun loungers are arranged around the 12-metre swimming pool, allowing you to relax in total comfort. You even have your own private “Miradouro” (viewpoint) to watch the boats passing by. In short, this is a first-class villa that will not disappoint.
In addition to all the villa’s facilities, guests also enjoy complimentary access to the amenities of Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club, located just seven minutes away by car. This includes sea access, saltwater pools, a freshwater swimming pool, and a tennis court.

The living and dining areas are open-plan and south-facing, with large patio doors opening onto the garden, pool, and ocean.
The lounge is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air conditioning, and sea views.

A wide selection of restaurants and bars can be found in Caniço de Baixo, all within walking distance. The pebble beach and promenade are approximately a ten-minute walk from the villa. Several hotels and bars offer evening entertainment, and if scuba diving is your passion, local hotels provide diving courses.

Payment is to be made in cash upon arrival.
Pool heating must be requested at least one week in advance. If requested after arrival at the villa, a minimum of one week will be charged from the moment the heating is activated.

Housekeeping
The property is prepared for your arrival.
For stays of more than 7 nights, a mid-stay light clean is provided, including a change of bed linen and towels and light cleaning of the bathrooms. The day and time will be confirmed at check-in.
All bed linen and towels are provided, including pool towels.
For hygiene reasons, baby cot linen is not supplied; guests are kindly asked to bring their own.
Guests must vacate the villa during the mid-stay cleaning and linen change.

Nearby
The village of Caniço is approximately a 20-minute uphill walk away and benefits from a regular bus service. Here you will find the main supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office, and a small shopping centre, as well as additional restaurants.
At the heart of the village stands the church and its square — a pleasant spot to sit and enjoy a cup of tea (or something a little stronger) while watching local life gently unfold.
