Modern and welcoming house located in Funchal, on the beautiful island of Madeira, offering comfort, space, and panoramic views of the city and the Atlantic Ocean. Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, this property is ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends looking to enjoy Madeira in a relaxed and well-equipped environment.

The villa features three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds. An additional sofa bed is available in the office area. There are three bathrooms with showers, including an en-suite in the master bedroom, plus extra guest toilets.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, cutlery, plates, dishwasher, and all essential utensils for home cooking. The living spaces are bright and comfortable, and the smart TV with set-top box ensures entertainment throughout your stay. Air conditioning allows you to regulate the indoor temperature year-round.

Outside, guests can enjoy a heated pool maintained at approximately 26 ºC, a barbecue area next to the pool, and open spaces perfect for relaxing while admiring the views of Funchal. Please note that the fireplace is decorative only and should not be used.

Additional amenities include a private garage for two cars with an electric charging point, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, baby cot, and high chair. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for all guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 05:00.

The City Hall collects a local tourist tax per guest, per night. The fees are:

Applicable for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and not applicable to guests under 13 years old
