Villa Ponta Do Sol

This villa welcomes guests in a beautiful setting in Ponta do Sol. The property can accommodate up to six guests and features three comfortable bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds. There are three bathrooms, two equipped with bathtubs and one with a modern shower.

The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and utensils for everyday meals, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, cutlery, and other useful cooking items. Guests also have access to a washing machine, a smart TV with TV box, air conditioning, as well as a baby cot and high chair.

Outside, the private swimming pool and barbecue area provide inviting spaces to relax and enjoy Madeira’s mild climate. Private parking for one car is available. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

This villa is ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends wishing to explore the island in comfort. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Heated Pool
Our villa offers the possibility to heat the swimming pool for your comfort. Please note that this service is available at an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.
During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17–18°C, reaching up to 26–27°C when heated. In winter, the temperature generally ranges between 14–15°C, reaching up to 23–24°C when heated.

Tourist Tax
The City Hall charges a local tourist tax per guest per night:
€2 per night
Applicable for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights
Not applicable to guests under 13 years old
This tax must be paid directly to us so that we can remit it to the City Hall. All necessary details will be provided closer to your arrival.
