We strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every guest. To maintain a peaceful and friendly environment for everyone, we kindly ask guests to respect the following house policies:

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM out of respect for neighbors.
• Karaoke, loud parties, dancing events, and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted.
• BBQ equipment is available for guest use. Please clean the area after cooking. If cleaning assistance is required, a fee of 500,000 – 1,000,000 VND per cleaning session will apply.

Pets Policy
Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are allowed, but please follow these rules for the comfort and safety of all guests:

• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a cage in common areas
• Only small and medium-sized dogs are permitted
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
• Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool

• Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room
• When the air conditioner is on, keep doors and windows closed
