To ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask guests to respect the following house rules:

* Please **keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM** to avoid disturbing neighbors.
* Activities such as **karaoke, loud parties, dancing events, and excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed**.
* **BBQ equipment is available** for guests to cook comfortably. Please clean the area after use. If cleaning assistance is required, a fee of **500,000 VND – 1,000,000 VND per cleaning session** will apply.

**Pets Policy:**
Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are allowed in the villa under the following conditions:
* Pets must be **kept on a leash or in a cage in common areas**
* Pets should have their **own sleeping area**
* Only **small and medium-sized dogs** are permitted
* Guests must **clean up after their pets**
* Pets are **not allowed in the swimming pool**

**Energy Saving:**
Please **turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room**.
When the air conditioner is running, please **keep doors closed**.
