This beautiful tropical-style villa of approximately 100 m² is located in Grand Fond, a quiet area of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains.

Accommodation capacity: Up to 6 guests.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped, featuring a large lush tropical garden that opens onto the swimming pool.
A small gate at the back of the house provides direct access to the beach.
The villa includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen connected to the living area, which opens onto a large terrace overlooking the pool.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes, one bathroom with a walk-in Italian shower, and one toilet.
Its excellent location allows you to fully enjoy the beach, shops, and restaurants nearby.
Parking is available inside the property for 2 to 3 vehicles.
Access to the property is easy by heading towards Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. The Grand Fond neighborhood is located just 2 minutes north of this seaside resort.

The villa is secured with an automatic gate.
You will also benefit from a private and discreet beach access through a small gate in the garden.
Bed linen and one towel per person are provided.
For your arrival, you will find toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher tablets available; however, these items will not be replenished during your stay.
The shell swimming pool is equipped with a safety alarm.

Parties
Parties are strictly prohibited.

Good to Know
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM
We can remain flexible with check-in and check-out times if needed, depending on availability.
Bath towels are always provided (one per person).
Pets may be accepted upon request. Please contact us for further information.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

Noise Policy
Due to the quiet environment of the villa and the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to organize parties or events that could disturb neighbors.
The following events are strictly prohibited:
bachelor or bachelorette parties, baptisms, alcohol-related birthday parties, children's birthday parties, weddings, or any similar gatherings.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of €1,500 (by check) will be required upon arrival.
The deposit will be destroyed within 15 days after departure, provided that no damage has been caused to the villa.

The property will be checked through three control stages:
Check-out inspection
Cleaning team inspection
Inspection before the arrival of the next guests
