We are happy to offer for rent our little piece of paradise, completely new, built on a landscaped plot of 1100 m² adorned with beautiful cork oaks and local stones. Our villa is ideal for accommodating families and friends. It offers spacious areas with 4 bedrooms that can host up to 10 people. Bathed in sunshine, you will enjoy its comfort, private pool, and lovely shaded terrace, pétanque court, and ping pong area.

The entire house is air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning) with each room independently controlled.

On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful entrance hall with a TV lounge featuring two large sofas, a superb fully equipped kitchen open to a dining table for 10, as well as a sliding window that serves as a pass-through to the outdoor terrace, and a television.
Secluded from the main areas, there is a master suite (Queen size bed 160*200) also leading to the terrace, complete with a dressing area and a stylish bathroom with an Italian shower and double sink.

In the hallways, you will find:
A utility room with a washing machine, iron, etc.
A separate toilet with a washbasin.
A staircase will lead you to the upper floor where you will find:

Two double bedrooms with Queen size beds (160 cm) both opening onto a terrace with a sea view (Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, the sea, and the hills of Palombaggia); one of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom with a bathtub; each bedroom has a dressing area.
A fourth “dormitory” room with two bunk beds, dedicated to children’s space.
A shower room (Italian shower) with a sink.
A toilet on the landing.
On the first floor, you will access the master bedroom (160 cm bed) with its adjoining bathroom (Italian shower and sink), separate toilet, and a private terrace of 15 m² offering an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, the sea, and the hills of Palombaggia. All furniture and bedding are brand new.

In our home, you will find all modern comforts and appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs, hood, fridge and freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, kettle, smart TV, and Bluetooth speaker. The house also offers Wi-Fi access in all rooms.

The garden features several areas:

An exotic wood terrace with a private 4*8 pool with a beach (secured by a safety cover). You can enjoy this spot in the shade of the cork oaks, lying on comfortable sun loungers or taking a nice nap in the hammock.
A shaded outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people; barbecue.
A landscaped area with various species of trees and synthetic lawn, pétanque court.
A parking area for 2 cars.

A high chair, a travel cot and mattress, and a bathtub can be provided upon request.
