Welcome to this charming home, a true haven of peace where, as its name suggests, happiness blends seamlessly with comfort, relaxation, and elegance to create an unforgettable experience. With its soothing blue tones, this 4-bedroom holiday house, featuring a heated pool, a pétanque court, and stunning ocean views, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy light, carefree moments with family or friends.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a beautiful fully equipped kitchen where you can admire the ocean, as well as a pantry that also serves as a laundry room. A superb azure-toned living room invites both young and old to gather for a great movie or a fun board game (games are provided).

Extending from this living space, the villa offers three spacious bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), air conditioning, wardrobe, hanging space, and direct access to the pool
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), fan, hanging space, and access to the side garden
Bedroom 3: King-size bed (180x200 cm) or two single beds (90x200 cm each, depending on your preferred setup), fan, hanging space

A bathroom with double sinks and a separate WC complete this level.

Upstairs, fall in love with the master suite, a true cocoon with breathtaking sea views. Fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort, it features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a TV for relaxing evenings, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside, enjoy a tropical atmosphere with authentic Creole charm, perfect for relaxation and social moments. You’ll likely spend most of your time in the beautiful covered outdoor area with its furnished veranda: a spacious lounge ideal for aperitifs, a lovely dining area perfect year-round, a private heated pool (from May to October), and a large wooden deck facing the ocean with sun loungers.

You can even pick tropical flowers and fresh limes from the small garden below the villa.

The house is located in a quiet area of Saint-Leu, midway between Piton-Saint-Leu (5 minutes) and Les Avirons (7 minutes).
