This property is ideal if you are looking for a quiet and modern retreat in Saint-Leu. The town offers a perfect balance between the west and south of the island, making it an excellent base to explore both regions.
The ocean view is absolutely stunning.

Several cars can be parked with the private parking area within the property.

Important information:
Parties are strictly prohibited
A €250 cleaning fee is required on the day of arrival

Good to know:
Check-in is from 3:00 PM
Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM
(Flexible arrangements may be possible upon request)
Bath towels are provided (one per person)
Pets are not allowed
Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited

Due to the peaceful surroundings, the villa cannot be used for events or gatherings that may disturb the neighborhood. Strictly prohibited events include: bachelor/bachelorette parties, baptisms, alcohol-fueled birthday parties, children’s parties, weddings, etc.

An additional cleaning fee may apply for check-ins on Sundays or public holidays.

Security deposit:
A security deposit of €2,500 (by check) will be required upon arrival. It will be returned within a maximum of 15 days after departure, provided no damage is found. The refund is subject to three checks:

Housekeeping inspection
Inspection upon arrival of the next guests
