Quiet Residential Neighbourhood

Our villa offers complete privacy while being located in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Loud music, shouting, screaming, and excessive pool noise are not permitted. After midnight, noise should be kept to normal conversation levels.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may smoke in the outdoor areas only. A THB 3,000 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the villa. Please keep all doors and windows closed while smoking outdoors.

Daily Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping service is included. Our housekeeping staff clean the bedrooms and all common areas every day.

Electricity

To help conserve energy, please switch off lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the villa. When using the air conditioning, please keep doors closed.

Check-in Information

Upon arrival, you will receive the password for the key box, which contains the remote control for the entrance gate, as well as the access code for the villa's front door. Please keep the gate remote with you at all times and ensure the villa gate remains closed whenever you leave the property.
