Our villa is located in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Loud music, shouting, and excessive noise around the pool are not permitted. After midnight, noise should be kept to a normal conversation level.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas only. A THB 3,000 smoking fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the villa. Please keep all doors and windows closed when smoking outdoors.

Daily Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is included. Our housekeeping staff will clean the bedrooms and all common areas each day.

Electricity
To help conserve energy, we kindly ask guests to switch off lights and air conditioning when leaving the villa and to keep doors closed while the air conditioning is running.

Upon arrival, you will receive the password for the key box containing the remote control for the entrance gate, along with the access code for the villa's front door. Please carry the gate remote with you and ensure the villa gate remains closed whenever you leave the property.
