NEIGHBORHOOD
We want our guests to fully enjoy the privacy of the villa while respecting our peaceful residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Shouting, loud music, screaming, and excessive pool noise are not permitted. After midnight, noise should be kept to normal conversation levels so as not to disturb our neighbors.

SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas only. A smoking fee of THB 3,000 per house will apply if this policy is violated. Please keep all doors and windows closed when smoking outside.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Daily housekeeping is included. Our housekeeping staff clean the bedrooms and all common areas every day to ensure the villa remains comfortable throughout your stay.

ELECTRICITY
We kindly ask guests to help conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when leaving their rooms. Please also keep doors closed while the air conditioning is in use.

CHECK-IN
Upon arrival, you will receive the code for the key box containing the remote control for the entrance gate, as well as the access code for the villa's main door. Please keep the gate remote with you at all times and ensure the villa gate remains closed whenever you leave the property.
