The access road includes a steep section.

House Information & Additional Policies

Reception hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

To support energy conservation and sustainability, electricity is charged separately based on actual consumption at 8 THB per unit. Average usage is typically 400–700 THB per day, depending mainly on air-conditioning use. To help reduce energy consumption, please set the air conditioning to around 25°C (77°F) and keep all doors and windows closed while it is running.

House Rules
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
No parties or events allowed.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the villa.
Housekeeping is included once per week.
Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request with at least 3 days' notice.
Please leave the villa in a reasonably tidy condition upon departure.
If the villa is left excessively dirty, an emergency cleaning team may be required to prepare the property for the next guests. In this case, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 THB may apply.
A 10,000 THB security deposit is required to cover any damages.
