Interior

The villa consists of four independent apartments, each approximately 80 m², spread over two floors and with its own private entrance.

Each apartment includes:

A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and dishwasher.
Three bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed.
One bathroom with a shower. Two of the four apartments also have a guest toilet.
Air conditioning in the living/dining area and hallway.
Exterior

The villa offers a spacious outdoor area with a large terrace and a private rectangular swimming pool measuring 12 x 5 metres, featuring Roman steps. The pool has a depth ranging from 0.80 m to 1.80 m. Sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower are provided for guests' comfort.

A ramp provides easy access to the pool area for guests with reduced mobility.

The outdoor facilities also include:

Several pergolas offering shaded relaxation areas.
A built-in barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.
A pétanque court.
A table tennis table.

Private on-site parking is available for 8 to 9 vehicles.

Location

The villa enjoys an excellent location, just 1.2 km on foot from Calpe's largest sandy beach (Arenal-Bol Beach), the seafront promenade, restaurants, and all local amenities. The town centre of Calpe is approximately 1.5 km away.
