No smoking inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (maximum 8 adults).
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Minimum stay: 5 nights.
Security deposit: €2,000 (credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival, released within 15 days after departure).
A seasonal rental agreement will be provided prior to your stay.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Check-out: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

Early or late arrivals/departures may be accommodated depending on availability if the villa is not occupied immediately before or after your stay.

Late check-in (after 7:00 PM) or early check-out (before 8:00 AM): €50 surcharge, payable upon arrival.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.
