The beach is only a 3-minute drive away.

The villa features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, offering direct access to the four bedrooms, which are divided between two separate wings of the house, as well as a lovely terrace overlooking the garden and private swimming pool. A mezzanine with a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.

The Space

The villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms plus a mezzanine with a sofa bed, ideal as an extra sleeping area for teenagers or young guests.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The beautifully landscaped tropical garden features a private swimming pool and a pétanque court, creating the perfect setting for relaxing outdoor moments.

The property is located in a peaceful neighborhood where quietness is highly valued and must be respected at all times out of consideration for the neighbors.

Each wing of the villa has its own independent toilet and bathroom, ensuring extra comfort and privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a central island, is perfect for preparing and sharing meals together. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining on the covered terrace overlooking the garden.

Guest Access

The villa is accessed through the secure gated residential estate.

The property has two separate entrances with two gates, allowing parking for up to two vehicles inside the property. Additional parking spaces are also available outside the villa.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood:

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Any noise likely to disturb the neighbors is not permitted.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed.
The use of loudspeakers or amplified music is strictly prohibited.
