From the moment you arrive, the villa welcomes you with a warm atmosphere and a seamless connection to nature.

The spacious, light-filled living area features several comfortable spaces, including a lounge and TV area, opening onto the garden and terrace. Large floor-to-ceiling windows create a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow, allowing guests to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings throughout the day.

The separate kitchen, conveniently adjoining the living area, is fully equipped for preparing meals and enjoying relaxed gatherings around the dining table.

Master Suite – upstairs: queen-size bed (160 cm), en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Suite 2: queen-size bed (160 cm) with direct access to the terrace.
Suite 3: double bed (140 cm) overlooking the garden.
Suite 4: two single beds (90 cm), particularly suitable for children.

A separate WC completes the accommodation.
