Its generous living spaces, seamless indoor-outdoor flow and heated pool make it ideal for enjoying the region throughout the year.

The Villa

The spacious living area, filled with natural light thanks to its high ceilings, combines a lounge and dining area opening onto the terrace and garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A breakfast bar, extendable dining table for 6 to 10 guests, two large sofas, TV and Sonos sound system complete this welcoming space.

The terrace features a shaded dining area, electric plancha, table football and a comfortable outdoor lounge overlooking the pool.

Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, including a master suite, 2 bathrooms and guest WC.

Pets Welcome

Pets are welcome upon prior request, with a supplement of €50 per pet per week. Any failure to comply with cleanliness requirements or any damage may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Security Deposit

A €4,000 security deposit is required via Swikly as a simple bank card authorisation: no amount is charged or held. Subject to a satisfactory check-out inspection, the authorisation is automatically cancelled within 7 days after departure.
