The estate offers a private beach, 6 world-class restaurants, a luxury spa, fitness and sports facilities including tennis courts, plus the panoramic sky bar consistently voted one of the top beach bars in the world.

Accommodating a family or group of 6 adults and 4 children the villa has two swimming pools, one for children and relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces such as the terrace dining surrounded by the tree canopy.
The villa boasts 3 beautiful master ensuites, the fourth bedroom a perfect childrens room with 4 single beds. All of the four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Two of the three master suites include soaking tubs and luxurious outdoor showers, while the third king suite features a sumptuous bathtub as well. The final bedroom is the childrens room and also has its own bathroom.
