The Accommodation
The villa was designed for relaxed island living. Large indoor and outdoor living areas invite everyone to gather together while still enjoying privacy whenever you wish.
It comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with a maximum capacity of 9 when extra bedding is requested and confirmed in advance, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups of friends who want to discover Zanzibar together without sacrificing privacy or comfort.
The villa has three spacious bedrooms, plus a separate sleeping area with a single bed adjoining the master suite (the 4th bedroom is adjacent to one of the master suites), all designed to make every traveler feel at home.
Two bedrooms have king-size beds, a private en-suite bathroom and their own terrace overlooking the infinity pool and the Indian Ocean. These bedrooms can also accommodate an additional single bed if needed. The master suite includes a spacious walk-in closet and an additional sleeping area with a single bed, while a baby cot is available on request.
The third bedroom comfortably sleeps up to three people with a king-size bed and a single bed, which is ideal for children, friends or other family members. There is also a third bathroom.
Outdoors is where the villa truly comes alive. Relax by the infinity pool, dine under the open sky, or walk down to your private white-sand terrace by the sea, where steps lead directly to the crystal-clear waters below. From here, you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets in Zanzibar.

For complete peace of mind, the property is entirely private and secured by on-site security.
Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay. Our housekeeper is available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. She takes care of the cleaning, makes the beds and washes the dishes so that you can simply relax and enjoy your vacation. This allows you to disconnect completely while our local team takes great care of you.

Beyond the villa, Kidoti offers a glimpse of authentic Zanzibar life. Stroll through the village, browse the local shops and discover the island off the beaten path. If you are looking for lively beaches, restaurants or water sports, Kendwa and Nungwi are only a 10-minute drive away and offer diving, sailing, deep-sea fishing, nightlife and many other activities.

The fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining area, infinity pool and large tropical garden create the ideal setting for long breakfasts, sunset dinners and relaxing days with views of the Indian Ocean.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the villa, the infinity pool, the tropical garden, the outdoor dining areas and the private beachfront land.
There are no shared spaces. The entire property is reserved exclusively for your group.
Parking is available inside the property.

The Villa is located in the peaceful village of Kidoti, giving travelers the chance to experience the authentic side of Zanzibar, far from the busier tourist areas.
Because of the ocean tides, the shoreline changes throughout the day, creating different landscapes and unique opportunities for swimming, walking, paddleboarding, kayaking and exploring the reef.
The beaches of Kendwa and Nungwi, as well as restaurants and nightlife, are about a 10-minute drive away.
We recommend renting a car or arranging private transport to explore the island comfortably.
