Aloha and welcome to Maui! Our Property is a fully renovated private vacation home located across a quiet street from miles of Maui sandy beach.
This property consists of a house with private swimming pool and pool cottage. The house and pool cottage will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Perfect for families! Our cottage is the perfect house for creating a fun and memorable vacation.
The main house has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom a king size bed. Two additional persons may be accommodated on the twin beds in the third bedroom. The main living area is open and contains a brand new kitchen, living room, and dining room. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.
A separate pool cottage overlooks the swimming pool and contains a bath, studio kitchen and an L-shaped area with a queen bed, bunks, and a couch. The pool house is not large and is perfect for a couple or up to 4 youngsters.

- Additional persons either house (max. 8 including children): $25.00 per day, per extra guest.
- Cleaning fee (non-refundable): $150.00
- Security Deposit (refundable if no damage): $500.00
- Hawaii tax: 13.4%
- Christmas holiday, 2 week minimum: $500 per day for 6 people
Deposit of 40% required to hold the reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Refund if the house can be re rented.
