Beautiful views and the Petit Cul de Sac lagoon and the ocean beyond from all the rooms and from the pool terrace. Magical sunsets ! The sunsets, here, are superb, fairy, and the evenings, under the starry sky, are magic . This is the perfect place for a family vacation, for a stay with friends or simple to relax and forget about the buzz of daily life.

Bedroom 1 – La Havana

Ocean view, 4 poster queen size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito net, dressing, safe, telephone, AM / FM radio with Ipod / Iphone dock. En suite bathroom with shower, separate toilets, magnifying mirror, hair dryer, towels and beach towels, La Ligne de St Barths welcome products.

Bedroom 2 – Celadon

Ocean view, can be prepared with a king size bed or 2 single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, AM / FM radio with Ipod / Iphone dock, flat screen television with DVD player. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are connecting.

Bedroom 3 – Coral

Ocean view, can be prepared with a king size bed or 2 single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, dressing, safe, AM / FM radio with Ipod / Iphone dock. En suite bathroom with shower, separate toilets, magnifying mirror, hair dryer, towels and beach towels, La Ligne de St Barths welcome products.

All 3 bedrooms open directly onto the pool area, and are connecting via outside and inside the villa.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, electric and gas stove, fridge and freezer, ice maker, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, blender, electric kettle, food processor, deep fryer. Service for 6 (Limoges chinaware). Gas BBQ outside.

Living / Dining

Inside living with 3 double basket sofas with white cushions, ceiling fan, flat screen television with Dish Network et TNT, DVD player, VCR, CD player, WIFI. The living open widely onto the outside covered terrace with the outside dining table for 6 guests, by the pool.
Inside dining with a white lacquered wood and glass top for 6 guests.
Another dining area is available in the beautiful lush tropical garden by the gazebo, with the gas BBQ, round stone and wood table.

Swimming pool

8m x 4m swimming pool, with ladder and step all along, perfect to sip a cocktail while gazing at the sunset ! 4 lounge chairs and 4 seats with foot stools.
