Sea View with Heated Pool: Enjoy panoramic sea views from the numerous terraces and balconies of the villa. You can admire passing boats and the natural beauty of Corsica. The 10x5 infinity pool is secured with an alarm.
Private Dock with Moorings: Sailing enthusiasts will be delighted with a private dock and three moorings at their disposal. Bring your own boat or rent one to explore the picturesque surroundings.
Petanque Court: A petanque court is set up on the property for moments of fun and competition with family or friends.
Accommodation for 24 People: This spacious villa offers comfortable lodging for up to 24 people, including 16 adults and 8 children, making it the perfect place for family reunions, weddings, or large groups of friends.

INTERIOR
The property is divided into two buildings with a lounge/dining area and an outdoor kitchen connecting the two elements.
Each villa has 4 bedrooms. The dormitory is independent.
One of the villas has a fully equipped kitchen, while the other has a lounge/office area.
The property consists of 8 bedrooms and a dormitory that can accommodate 8 children.

EXTERIOR
The property has a unique location. Each terrace of the villa faces the sea with no overlooking neighbors.
The main terrace connecting the two villas is equipped with a large lounge area, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, refrigerator, freezer, and ice machine. A canopy is set up to protect you from the sun.
For the dining area, umbrellas are provided.
Downstairs, you will find the infinity pool with several sun loungers and access to the petanque court and the dock. The pool is kidney-shaped and measures approximately 10x5. It is heated and secured with an alarm.
Access to the dock is secured by a small gate. However, caution with children is mandatory.
Three moorings are available in front of the villa.
The property has a parking area that can accommodate 4 to 5 cars.
