The Cottage is a lovely four bedroom villa located in the beautifully landscaped and very peaceful Castle Close complex on the south-eastern side of the island. This very attractive villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms open onto the pool deck where guests can enjoy a fresh-water swim in the private pool. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the living/dining area of the villa. There is a comfortable living room where guests can relax and watch cable television. The separate dining area is just off of the living area and kitchen, which is very well-equipped. There are two patios perfect for sitting out in the evenings and enjoying the tropical starlit skies and chirpings of the local crickets. The house comes with internet service.
The nearest beach is Sam Lord’s, only two minutes walk away across the lovely Castle Close gardens.

- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge.
- 35% deposit and a signed copy of the booking form are required in order to confirm booking.
- Balance due - 60 days prior to commencement of rental.
- If booking is cancelled before this 60-day deadline, full payment will be refunded with the exception of a US$100 cancellation fee.
- If booking is cancelled within 60-day deadline we can refund only what is rebooked (less US$100 cancellation fee).
- Travel insurance should be investigated in case something arises and you cannot travel.
