Our Domain is a luxurious and very private property, consisting of five boutique style accommodations (12 persons in total) surrounded by vibrant and mature tropical gardens. Set in 4 acres of pristine natural forest, all accommodations offer private facilities to the highest of standards including verandas with views that will literally take your breath away. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed and well laid out kitchens allow you the convenience of cooking your own meals and to dine Al Fresco style on your own private veranda.

Located in an elevated hillside position high above the famous Princess Margaret Beach and with an incredible panoramic vista overlooking the Caribbean Sea, Admiralty Bay and the surrounding forested hillsides, the views are absolutely stunning and will not disappoint.

The Palm Cottage
Named after the sometimes unusual and abundant supply of Palm trees planted around, or close to the property, the luxurious Palm Cottage has easy access, through our lush tropical gardens, just a few steps down from our car parking area. The beautiful octagonal shaped studio is a lovely, practical design and is ideal for Caribbean style living. The cottage has a stunning solid timber vaulted roof and this gives the studio an enticing, spacious and cool atmosphere. Measuring approximately 8m (26’) wide and with a large covered veranda on the front, this accommodation is the perfect choice for two people wanting the luxury, intimacy, privacy and space that your own cottage provides.

A spacious en-suite toilet and shower room leads from the living area and this has all the toiletries included, that you would expect. The well laid out kitchen and breakfast bar has a sink unit, 2 burner gas hob, fridge, combination microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Cafetiere and a comprehensive range of high quality cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. An ice bucket is supplied and complimentary ice is available from the villa owners or their staff.


A queen size bed complete with luxurious mattress is positioned centrally in the room and ample seating, cupboard and storage space is close at hand. Two cane and rattan armchairs provide a very comfortable seating area and the panoramic views looking through 24’ of glass fronted patio doors are simply stunning. The large and private veranda has a bistro dining table and chairs allowing you to dine Al fresco style and enjoy the ambience of the moment. The undisturbed hillside position has outstanding views looking directly across Admiralty Bay, Port Elizabeth, the surrounding natural forested hills and the mountains of St Vincent. A short walk through the tropical gardens leads to the beautiful infinity edge pool around 30m (100’) away.
The latest High-Tec Samsung 40” internet Tv gives access to our in-house entertainment system supplying high definition films, Tv, music and Internet radio. The television is positioned to allow viewing from both the comfort of your bed and the armchair seating areas. High speed internet and Wi-Fi is supplied in the room and for those really hot days when the cooling Caribbean trade winds have taken a rest, you can turn on the air conditioner until the breeze returns. A ceiling fan is also positioned over the bed. All of the windows are fully screened and the patio doors have sliding insect screens allowing you to have the doors and windows open and still enjoy the ambience of outdoor living without getting bitten. We have no biting sand flies (no see ums) there and are usually mosquito free most of the year, except for a few around evening time.

The massive Infinity edge swimming pool is just a short walk away and this is solar heated, allowing the pool to be enjoyed all year round. Our winter pool temperatures are usually just below 30deg C with our summer pool temperatures rising to around 34deg C (93deg F). The majority of the pool is around 1.3m (52”) deep rising to a maximum depth of around 2.2m (86”). Curved and generous steps allow easy access to the water and several raised areas provide an abundance of areas to sit, stand, chat or relax. Natural coral seats surround both the pool bar and the Gazebo daybed and with the large cedar tile roof overhangs, shade can be found in the pool at most times of the day. The entire pool is tiled using natural stone pebbles in pastel shades of greens and blues creating a stunning, balanced and natural effect, that blends perfectly with the turquoise colours of the Caribbean Sea. As your eyes wander out over the infinity edge and focus on the horizon, you cannot fail to be impressed. Now would be a good time to pinch yourself and appreciate the realization of where you are and what you are looking at. These are often very private and magical moments and we know these memories will be with you for a lifetime.

The Gazebo has a daybed suitable for 3 or 4 people and enjoys Hd Tv, music, internet radio and Wi-Fi. This is the ultimate place to wind down, relax and read a book or simply take in the stunning panoramic views, they will take your breath away. Your own personal drinks and food can be enjoyed from these areas and the sunken, swim up Pool Bar, has a fridge, sink and serving area for your convenience. Led lighting enhances the evening ambience and pool lights allow the pool to be used after the sun has set. A large, non slip, natural coral tile patio adjoins directly onto the pool and is furnished with lounger chairs and parasols, making this an ideal area for reading, sun-bathing and general relaxation.

This Place has without doubt some of the finest rooms on Bequia, and coupled with the spectacular panoramic ocean views and the beautiful evening sunsets, you soon realise you are enjoying, what many say, are the finest views on Bequia, from the finest accommodation on Bequia.
