One storey 3 bedroom villa with a large heatable swimming pool, free from chemical additives and a private garden with views of the golf course. Three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and two separate bedrooms with 2 single beds each sharing 1 bathroom. Dining room for 8 people and fully equipped kitchen. Air-conditioning and heating is provided in all rooms.
A flat-screen satellite TV, DVD-player and IPOD docking station are some of the extras included for your entertainment needs. Read a book while lying in the comfortable hammocks, with views of the natural landscape of mountains and ravines contrasting with the green of the golf course. In the evening you can spend time on the porch, watching the clear sky and mountains while drinking a glass of wine. There is also a utility room, where you will find the washing machine, dryer, etc.
Although we highly recommend the use of the outdoor dining area both day and night, the villa also has an indoor dining room, with seating for 8 diners. If temperatures soar, why not to enjoy the typical Spanish-style siesta or watch a film on one of the comfortable sofas, with the air-conditioning on ? We also advise you not to miss the beaches and other things Gran Canaria has to offer.

The location of the house is really nice, with view to the mountains, golf course and lakes. It is very quite and you can swim in the private pool undisturbed. Standard of the house and interior are very high and nothing is missing. Really good service. We had contact with them a couple of times before we arrived and during our stay. Always very helpful and nice to talk to. No problem with booking and payment. When we arrived in the evening the owner welcomed us at the house and gave us an intro to the house and what to see on the island, which was very nice. They were also very quick to respond to any questions during our stay. For example could we not get our fridge to work the first evening we arrived. Sent a text to the owner who fixed it the next morning while we were out shopping( this was the only problem we had). Only thing we missed was mosquito nets in some of the windows since we do not like to sleep in to much aircon but this was really a minor thing. Everything else was perfect. Super nice stay and we would love to come back...

Well located villa 15 mins drive from maspalomas and 30 mins from port Morgan. Villa is well equipped with lovely pool and great outdoor area. 2nd and 3rd bedroom small and share a small bathroom.
