It is a stylish and modern bungalow, completely refurbished in 2012, located in an exclusive residential marina of Pasito Blanco, in the south of Gran Canaria. This vacation rental is a few meters from the sea in a seaside atmosphere, supermarket about 20 meters and 350 meters from the beach. It is situated just few minutes’ drive from Meloneras, where can be found many restaurants, bars and boutiques with well known brands as Burberry, Gant, Lacoste etc. and not much longer to the beaches of Maspalomas.

The master bedroom has a double bed and in-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, ideal for children, has two beds, one of which is one trundle bed. Both bathrooms have shower.

The bungalow has an open kitchen and living room with direct access to the furnished terrace. The flat roof of the house has been converted to second terrace with stunning views of the marina.

There is a community pool shared among the 10 houses of the complex "Faro Vela" surrounded by greenery to the delight of the little ones.

The newly opened (2012) Beach Club "La Punta" with restaurant, terrace with free WiFi access. Absolutely recommended to visit and enjoy every day.

The Meloneras golf course just 3 minutes drive away and more or less in 7 minutes you will be in Salobre Golf Resort.
