Three blocks from St. Peter’s basilica, in front of the historic centre, at the feet of Janiculum Hill and behind Trastevere, Plum is in a quiet location close to everything. The flat is ground floor, in the same building of Violet, so we can host groups up to 11 guests.
Plum is made up of two private comfortable and cosy environments. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and Sat-TV from one side, an open space with a larger bathroom, one double bed, living area with two single sofa-beds, flat screen TV, a table up to six seats and a totally equipped Amercan kitchen.
Plum is located in a commercial area, and yet in a very quiet location. Few steps take you to a big supermarket, shops, restaurants, and after 350 meters you are at the feet of St. Peter's basilica, surrounded by every kind of service: bus (no.64 crosses the old centre from Termini Central Station arriving in front of the building), local train, taxi.
Plum is in the same building of our other apartment Violet, so we are keen on hosting larger groups, up to eleven guests in the same building.

The final cleaning service is to pay upon arrival: 40.00 euro.
The local tax is already included in the price of your stay: all visitors who stay in an accommodation facility within the territory of the Municipality of Rome have to pay the Tourist tax.
Since September 2014 the overnight tax is 3.50 euro per person per night. It is due only for the first 10 nights. Kids under 10 years of age do not pay.
You are kindly requested, after having inspected the apartment with our staff, to communicate a valid number of credit card, the safety code and the expiration date and we will block an amount of 200.00 euro until the date of the check out as a warranty for possible damage deriving from the guest.
Check-in starts at 1:00pm. Check-out is before 11:00am.
The welcome service is included in the total price present in the voucher at the time of reservation and it is applicable until 8:00pm. After 8:00pm there will be an extra charge of 50.00 euro.
For a faster check-in please bring with you a photocopy of your identity card or passaport.
Please communicate your arrival time, or provide your eventual flight number.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if substituted with another reservation, foresees the payment of the following fines:
- starting from the day of the reservation until 30 days before the beginning of the lease, you will be charged with 20% of the total price of the reservation;
- From day 30 to day 7 before the beginning of the lease you will be charged with 50% of the total price of the reservation;
- from day 7 to the beginning of the lease you will be charged with 100% of the total price of the reservation.
