This Villa: 450 sqm, is located on the northern coast of Mauritius at Pointe aux Canonniers. Carefully restored in 2011, the Villa offers modern comforts along with authentic charm.

Nestled in lush sub-tropical gardens, the spacious verandah and reception areas overlook the slate pool, the villa’s private beach, the Indian Ocean and the northern islands. Outdoor dining and living areas offer both shady and sunny lounging choices and face north; offering views of both the sunrise and sunset, and day-long sun.

Modern conveniences include a fully equipped kitchen, Wifi internet throughout, air conditioned bedrooms, and flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD players. Services include daily cleaning, maintenance and gardening staff as well as twenty-four hour security. Each of the four bedroom suites boasts an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower. The master bedroom hosts a king sized bed and is located on the upper level of the villa, with views of the pool and ocean.

Entirely private and quiet, the Villa is also conveniently located within a five minute drive of shopping and dining venues at Grand Baie. Water sports, including scuba diving and water skiing, are available within easy walking distance.
