This villa is an ideal place for those seeking a refined and luxurious environment for their holidays.

Built at the entrance of the Yal-Ku lagoon, it has a unique view of both the ocean and the lagoon. Bordered by a rocky coastline, the villa has direct access to the lagoon, a natural aquarium where you can snorkel, canoe or simply swims in its crystalline waters, looking for sea turtles which frequent the lagoon. The villa was built in a minimalist style with pure and simple lines allowing a full integration with the natural surroundings. The architectural principle of the villa is the “sea” and all its shades. Once you open the entrance door, you are amazed by the 180° view of the Yal-Ku lagoon. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow a perfect integration of the house and the sea. The first floor is comprised of: 900 sq. feet living room with 15 feet high ceilings. Separate dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with a separate breakfast corner. View over the external garden and lagoon. Bedroom with a queen-size bed with private view to the large interior garden of the villa completes the first floor. The upstairs is comprised of 3 rooms with mesmerizing views on the lagoon and the Ocean. Parent room with a king size bed, walking double closet and a bathroom Two children rooms, each furnished with 2 queen size beds, closet and private bathroom. Two rooms with balconies and views on the mangrove of the Yucatan peninsula complete this second floor.
