Ideally located between Tulum and Playa del Carmen, Villa Yalku is an exceptional 630 m² property nestled in Akumal, overlooking the stunning Yalku Lagoon. With its contemporary architecture and expansive glass windows, the villa invites nature in, offering a bright and peaceful retreat in harmony with its tropical surroundings.

The spacious 85 m² living area features an indoor garden, soaring 4.5-meter-high ceilings, and minimalist, elegant décor that enhances the sense of space and light. The dining area opens directly onto the lagoon, with a large table that can seat up to 12 guests. A fully equipped modern kitchen is available for preparing delicious meals—or simply sit back and enjoy a meal prepared by a staff member (available at an additional cost).

Bedrooms & Accommodation
The villa offers five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with breathtaking views of either the ocean or the mangroves.

On the ground floor, one bedroom features a king-size bed, private view of the indoor garden, a TV, and a private powder room.

On the upper floor, four additional bedrooms include:

A master suite with king-size bed, walk-in double closet, and en-suite bathroom.

A guest room with two king-size beds and en-suite bathroom.

Two bedrooms with two queen-size beds each and private bathrooms.

This level also includes a TV lounge with a large screen, home cinema system, and comfortable sofas.
